Monitoring Heart Disease

There's so much you can do to monitor your pet at home when they are at risk or suffering from heart failure.

  • Count the Sleeping Respiratory Rate (SRR). Find out how with our blog article or watch the video.
  • Monitor the Breathing Effort.
  • Keep an eye on appetite.
  • Watch their weight.
  • Monitor their activity levels.
  • Build a partnership with your vet or cardiologist.
  • Consider getting a tracking collar device to help with all of these. They can count the breathing and track activity, great if you are having trouble with these or want help in spotting trends.
